PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE:

Fellow Newcomers. I am excited to be the next President of the Gainesville Newcomers’ Club and would like to thank Patsy Amidei for her guidance and support this past year. As I think back to my transition to Hall County in 2004, I am reminded of the strangers I met and how eager they were to share their knowledge of the Gainesville Newcomers’ Club. Now I know why.

Since its inception in 1959, the foundation from which this organization was launched has not changed. That foundation was based on the premise that “this Club shall welcome newcomers and be of service to the community”. That is,
of course, Our Mission Statement.

Please join me this year as we continue to welcome new members, enjoy spectacular programs, participate in interest groups, grow our friendships and expand our compass of service in the community.

The next meeting of the Gainesville Newcomers' Club will be Wednesday, May 22, 2013 at the Chattahoochee Country Club.

Luncheon reservations should be made seven (7) days prior to the Luncheon. However, the Club would appreciate receiving your reservation no later than the Friday before the Luncheon.
